They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the technician who came out was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. Butler at Thermador Group worked on my old GE washer & drier for the third time today. He has always been very efficient, quick, and honest. His work is excellent and he is always available right away. Instead of charging me a high maintenance rate on mechanical problems that I don't quite understand, he was very honest and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. I definitely recommend Butler's services to anyone who needs appliance repairs.
