Grand Station

I was a resident there for 13 months and all I can say is that it was the best building that I've ever lived at. The management with Jocelyn and Josvany was always there to help with everything I needed. I'm currently out of state, but will be back there very soon.

I went into Grand Station today looking to rent a new place. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Yadira. She made me feel so welcomed. I let her know what I was looking for and she let me know that she had a beautiful unit for me to look at. While on our way to the unit she showed my all the amenities from the gym that was amazing to the outstanding pool area. She also build a great rapport with me I almost felt like I knew her for years. When we got to the unit I must say it was amazing. Yadira answered all my question and informed me of everything I need to know. I will definitely be applying and I really hope everything goes through I would love to live here. I would be telling everyone I know to come see Yadira at grand station she is really a great individual.

Jocelyn and Josvany are single handedly THE REASON I moved into Grand station. They have both changed my mind and have shown me through example what great management looks like in Miami. Stop looking elsewhere, they will both make you feel right at home. From the reception, cleaning and maintenance crew, everyone greets you with a smile always, everything is perfectly clean and well kept, gym is amazing, spa area, rooftop... I can keep going on an on. If that wasn't enough already, upon moving in I was greeted with a few gifts from management, a sparkling clean apartment and a written note welcoming me to the community. Yes, there were issues months ago which you will find in the reviews, but what people fail sometimes to remember is that reviews portrait an specific situation IN TIME and not the management's ability to fix things and make them right. Thank you Jocelyn and Jovany !

Moved in here just over a month ago and we absolutely love it! Josvany was great throughout the entire move in process. We love it here!!

I have had an amazing experience at this building since day one. Jocelyn and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in and overall living experience. There are events planned for nearly every holiday and the Grand Station team does an exceptional job every time. The amenities are always clean. My favorite is the gym, which has a spectacular view and an outside/inside exercise area.
