Unit wasnt ready, and still had wet paint once I moved in, maintenance orders go unlooked and take weeks if not months to complete. They dont care if its an emergency or not. Dont waste your time with this property, you wont ever get a response back.

I lived in a property owned by monument in MN. I had issues, called monument to report the landlord and left a message with the MN representative, Wendy Spaulding (I believe) and instead of returning my call she forwarded the message to my landlord who called me angry. Nobody from monument followed up with me, spoke to me, and though I have called others such as management and HR to report what happened, there is no answer. What did I specifically want to report? How the black mold in my apartment was being handled poorly - almost not at all. BTW your 2k/month for month-to-month for a basement 1-bedroom is disgusting and shame on you and all big companies who do such a thing. Shame on you Wendy.
