    This is the best place Ive ever lived ! We moved in July last year and the neighborhood is quiet , clean and safe ! Weve never had any issue . All the amenities are clean and well maintained as well.

    Since my last review about the updates were taken down, Ill leave a new one. All of the reviews are 100% accurate and not one is a lie except the people who say this is the best place ever. The community has also installed a prison-like amount of cameras. Not one spot on the property isnt covered. This might feel safe for some being that this property is literally in the GHETTO, but to me feels invasive. The cameras are at the gates, on the buildings, in your building hallways, garages, car washes, trash cans, everywhere. Every guest must be registered. Its like asking your parents can your friend come over and then they watch you through a camera the entire time. The reviews about Nicole, the property manager, are not detailed enough. She should not be running the leasing office and for all of the reviews saying their apartment has been entered illegally, i was a victim of this too and the person who does that is Nicoles husband so reporting that does nothing. The scripted responses saying to cAlL MiLa or eMaIl them with your problems gets you nowhere as i have spoke to corporate numerous times. I hope these reviews are doing something because when i moved in, the properties were wait listed and now out of 36 apartments in each building Ive had the same 7 dormant in mine for months. Every 1st of the month someone is ridding themselves of this prison and moving out. No one renews their lease. You would think with a property making multiple millions in rent each month, they would have more to show for it. Your rent is charged based on luxury living with access to SOOO many amenities when in reality, they are always closed, never opened because of permit reasons and the ones that are open are overcrowded with tenants and all of their friends and family to enjoy leaving no room for the paying tenants. The security gives didnt make it through the academy vibes walking around armed and power hungry in their golf carts (when you can find them) and leasing office acts like theyre better than you when they probably dont even make 3x the rent to live there. Also, i have no expectations to get my security deposit back being that it seems that part of the move out process is a scam. Please stay far away from Mila. They are scammers, invasive, rude and dont do ANYTHING about the problems reported not to mention you have to pay an additional $100 just to pay your rent. lol worst place ever.

    April 8, 2024 My boyfriend and I have had the worst experience with Mila from leasing to today as our first day being tenants. We began by seeing a model unit in about February with Lucia. At first everything was fine and I was cautious due to reviews but we decided to try our luck and figured it couldnt be that bad. Lucia was insanely rude and condescending throughout the leasing process, frequently didnt respond to calls or emails, and when she would call us first she would use the wrong names or not remember any of our information. Despite this, we figured that once were into the unit we really wouldnt need to deal with her and it wouldnt be too bad. This morning Lucia was late to meeting with us to get us into our unit and set up with parking. Upon entering the unit they still had someone painting the balcony and touching up paint throughout the apartment, so clearly the unit was not ready for us to move in today. The unit has bugs, the washer and dishwasher are both leaking water. The washer was filthy and isnt draining properly and when it does drain the water ends up on the floor. The unit also smells intensely of weed. I have talked to Will, who is very nice and responsive, but Im concerned about managements potential inaction to the unlivable condition in the unit. We have been waiting in our unit for over an hour for maintenance to show up and fix these problems, and I have also alerted Nicole to these issues via email. I am hopeful to not have to escalate this beyond the building management but would not be against doing so if need be. I will keep this review up and edit as needed to ensure accountability of management and the upkeep of the apartment in general because as of right now this is absolutely unacceptable. Overnight, the maintenance team was able to come in and clean and finish installing new appliances this morning. I would still say working with Lucia was too painful to allow for 4 stars but if it were allowed Id put 3.5. Like I said I am very appreciative that Nicole and her team were able to put in the work to rectify the situation, however, having to deal with this at all was a bit insane to begin with.
