    Excellent place to live! Comfortable and clean. All residents are nice people. The manager Dulce is an angel. She is a welcoming, polite manager with a smile on her face always. She makes sure everything in my apartment works well. In the case of a need, she fixes right away. Thank you Dulce!

    I have been living at Legacy 15th for a little over a year now, we just renewed our lease and I couldn't be happier. Dulce the property manager does not long have a great personality but she's very attentive and goes above and beyond when you need something. She puts her tenants first and she's the reason why we renewed. This is a very calm building and there is never any problems on property. The building puts together small events throughout the year and that gives all tenants the opportunity to meet and socialize. Everyone from the Maintance team are very nice and helpful and complete service orders in a timely manner. Thank you Dulce and the team for making this a safe place and making us feel right at home.

    I had a pleasure to live here for 15 months This building is so clean and safe The maintenance staff so kind Miguel the guy of maintenance is always ready to fix ours apartment problems with an smile , this men work a lot for our safety and comfort. Dulce the property manager so kind I had to leave because I found something in better price but I loved my time here

    If I could give a negative I would. When Dulce got fired, I had a feeling something was not going to be right about the operation of this property. Out of my 3 years of living here I was towed in the parking garage sometime yesterday, they didn't send me any notification that I was towed or anything. I am a current resident and just recently renewed my parking. I called the tow around 1230pm Sunday and they towing company advised that not only did they tow my BMW but I am unable to get my car until after 7pm tonight. Which I did not understand. He then proceeded to tell me that my charges were $235 to get my car out of towing when I LIVE HERE! not only am I very upset but having to wait until 7pm due to it being Sunday is insane to me! _______________ I was not happy by the sudden switch up in the management office ( they fired Dulce and the entire maintenance team ) the property didn't bother to send a blast out to the residence of this change. But yet you authorized a towing company to tow my car when I've lived here for almost 3 years & NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH PARKING. I will be filing a law suit for negligence & let's hope there's no damage to my vehicle. I will also be in contact with the local news or "help me Howard " because this isn't right and unacceptable. I just signed my lease again due to the improper handoff that took place at the beginning of the year which caused a lot of confusion & unfortunately I didn't have enough time to properly look for a unit so I forcefully had no choice but to sign; towing my car today was the icing on the cake for me. Before signing my lease the team came in a measured for new cabinets and they told me they would be installed the following week.... it has now been a month. I'm not happy at all & paying an additional $235 when my car is registered & I'm a resident of the property isn't right. I'm a quite resident I don't cause problems at all I have the same routine for the most part, but towing my car was not right and I will be seeking to get my money back. With the exception of handicapp & employee parking there was no need to tow my car. Court house & lawyer Monday morning. I will never recommend anyone to live here and thoes are my thoughts. You have lost a great tenant & when my lease is up I will not be renewing.

    A Nightmare Living Experience Avoid This Apartment Building AT ALL COSTS I regret to say that my experience living in this apartment building has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues I've encountered, from the terrible building manager to the consistently dirty conditions, have made my time here incredibly unpleasant. First and foremost, the building manager's attitude and behavior are nothing short of appalling. I've never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. It seems like they have no interest in addressing residents' concerns or maintaining a positive living environment. The cleanliness of the building is another major concern. It's disheartening to come home to a building that consistently looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Common areas are often neglected, and the lack of cleanliness reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. Furthermore, the amenities promised when I signed my lease have been nothing but a disappointment. The gym, in particular, is a joke. The equipment is constantly broken, and despite multiple complaints, there seems to be no urgency in getting it fixed. It's frustrating to pay for amenities that are consistently unavailable or inoperable. Additionally, other communal spaces suffer from neglect and disrepair. Issues with these areas are swept under the rug, and the management appears uninterested in investing the time and resources needed to maintain the promised amenities. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment building to look elsewhere. The combination of a rude and unresponsive building manager, persistent cleanliness issues, and dysfunctional amenities make this place an absolute nightmare to live in. Save yourself the headache and find a residence that values its residents and takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional living environment.
