    YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE AND QUIET HERE Constant construction and false fire alarms. Several times a month a fire alarm will go off and itll be a false scare. My boyfriend and I just ignore the alarms now and dont leave our unit when they go off because theyre so frequent. Hope it is not a real alarm one day Dont live here if you have anxiety for emergency situationsor if you would be frustrated to leave your unit and stand outside because of a false alarm at least 3x a monthbooo xoxox EDIT: Only after this fiery and singeing review did this apartment complex began sending emails sometimes to notify residents of when false alarms and endless construction will occur! However, their new emails are often inaccurate with dates they told us plainly no loud parties would be permitted, but oh, here is a JACKHAMMER at 8 in the morning even before despicable booooo gxoxo

    My partner and I have recently celebrated 2 months in our new home, and we couldnt be happier with our decision. Were in a two-bedroom/two-bath with a great view overlooking the pool. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room and bedrooms flood the space with natural light. The ample storage space, especially the walk-in closets, is a major plus for someone who values organization as much as I do. And the modern fixtures throughout the apartment add a sophisticated touch that I really appreciate. The amenities here have exceeded my expectations. The pool area is a perfect retreat, the gym is well-equipped, and the beautiful club room just added a complementary barista-quality coffee station. I couldnt be more impressed with the attention to detail throughout the property, like the preinstalled cable pass-through wall plates for TV setup and the fact that the AC and hot water systems are accessible from the hallways, making maintenance hassle-free. Additionally, the absence of hidden fees for amenities and parking (one car parks free) was a welcome value compared to the neighboring communities. Having Aldi and Starbucks downstairs, and Milams just across the street, is such an amazing convenience. The office staff deserves commendation for their friendly and helpful service. They're always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. As for the concerns about the fire alarms that issue was promptly addressed. Hardly an issue at all. Lastly, I have to say that I am incredibly proud to have chosen a community that was built within a cost sharing model that offers affordable housing options thanks to a partnership between the HUD, Miami-Dade County, and the Cornerstone Group. Having checked out all of the neighboring communities, I am so glad we chose Platform 3750.

    My partner and I are beyond excited to become the newest tenants at this property! I'll begin by expressing what a great experience we had with Jorge, our leasing consultant, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we explored and asked questions. The quality and thoughtful details throughout the building are top-notch. Security cameras are everywhere and you cannot get anywhere you're not supposed to without the correct fob. Aldi and Starbucks are great to have right downstairs but so are Milam's and Trader Joe's which are across the street and 1/4 mile away. The other thing we really appreciate, compared to all the neighboring properties we saw, is the all-in-one pricing - no trash fee, amenities fee, parking fee, this fee, that fee. Just your monthly rent which includes everything! Lastly, the price can't be beat when you figure in the lack of those add-on fees AND cost per square foot. Bigger than others we saw for less. Again, we're VERY happy!

As we are sure you are aware, due to the construction for the completion of the 8th floor, the city of Miami Dade requires additional inspections above/beyond the normal required inspections quarterly and/or annually. We want to assure you that the team empathizes with your frustration, they too are working under the same conditions, as well as many of them reside on site. We promise you, we are doing everything we can to minimize the disruption while still complying with inspection requirements. While we are glad the city of Miami Dade has such strict testing regulations in place to protect the Platform 3750 residents against fires, we all join you in wishing for these tests to come to an expedient end. Good news or bad news, we will continue to keep you informed on the inspection progress.
