Price, amenities, square footage, and location This place is it! The finishes are top notch and the amenities are unbelievable. The pool area and the gym make you feel you are living in a 5 star hotel with city skyline and Biscayne views great place to live with and an outstanding staff under its new leadership!

Where the building REALLY sets itself apart are the amazingly beautiful WOMEN that live here! Quite the treat honestly. As for the building itself, as a remote worker, the private office space here was convenient! As a New Yorker, my ritzy taste is harsh but this building in Midtown looks to be the next big thing for both leisure and play. My only critique would be the limited amount of amenities that are here in comparison to the neighboring properties, but the building seems to be priced accordingly.
