    BUYER BEWARE - I purchased this item through Amazon. It was received damaged. The same day it was received the vendor was contacted and pictures were sent showing the damages. It was received on 814/2019 and as of 9/11/2019 nothing has been done. I'm now going to file a complaint with Amazon and AMX for the charges. I live in AZ and needed this A/C when received, not a month or more later! they should have been more responsive. The damages appeared to have been before boxing. It was dented inside the box. UPDATE as of today, 11/5/2019 the seller has done NOTHING about the damaged A/C. It was damaged in the box. I've had to pay for and deal with repair company. BUYER BEWARE - DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.

    I ordered an AC unit for my company more than 3 weeks ago. It arrived damaged. I refused shipment receipt of the equipment. When it arrived again at my building a few days later, the customer service woman (her name is Maria Bedoya) told me to accept the shipment and she would send out individual parts that were broken. Unfortunately I did accept it. After inspecting the opened equipment, I determined that the entire AC unit was bad and requested a replacement. This has taken many days and finally I called today to speak to the manager. Here is how the conversation went: The customer service woman I spoke to said that the "Manager will not speak to you." I said "Well that's ok. We're going to the credit card company to cancel the transaction, we're going to leave an appropriate review on amazon, and we will also be contacting Amazon about your poor customer service. Your unit will be waiting at JET for you to pick up at your leisure. The only way to change this is for you to let me speak to the manager." She said, "My manager is sitting here listening to the call and does not want to speak to you. He said that we can send a new unit after we inspect it." "Ok, what is your timeframe on that?" "The freight line should pick it up in the next couple of days, it'll take 4 or 5 days for shipping, then we have to receive it and inspect it to determine if it is damaged. Then we will ship out a new unit." "That won't work for us. I'd like to speak to your manager." "He doesn't want to talk to you." "Ok, here is my number. Call me if you change your mind." I highly recommend not doing business with them.
