Contracted this company through Home Depot in Nov. 2021. This company has extremely poor communication. To get my AC installed I had to escalate by contacting Home Depot multiple times as well as management at ARS. The County inspection division is now threatening me some almost six months later to fine me if I dont have work completed. Keep calling to have a vent grill put on and had to escalate that to management to get a response, installers came empty handed with no grill only took measurements and said they will come back the next day if the part was in stock to install or order and contact me to reschedule. Wasted half of my day when I shouldve been at work. That was almost two weeks ago, I keep calling and customer service keep saying they are sending my request to service dept. These people are wasting my time. They cant handle the volume of business they are getting from Home Depot. Services: Thermostat installation, HVAC duct & vent installation
