He is responsive to communication, clearly walks you through maintenance, works quickly and efficiently, and is a really nice guy. If you need anything done with your A/C, call them. I would give 6 stars if possible, highly recommended!

    THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ (Go all the way to the bottom for the short version of my review) ----My Situation---- ---------------------------- Earlier this month, my Home AC broke. I have repaired it several times but it is just no longer efficient so I decided to upgrade instead of keeping it on life support. After speaking with neighbors, searching online, and having several different companies come to my house to give me quotes (Even some that were recommended to me by good friends) I noticed that ALL OF THEM were trying to take advantage of the situation and charge me WAY MORE than usual just because my AC was not working. They all assumed I was desperate and tried to squeeze money out of me, it was obvious. One company in specific told me the Price was FIRM and nothing he could do because that's just the price of AC units now... I explained calmly and carefully that I not only knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and could fix it for about $100, but I also knew all of the prices of different models, how to service it myself, the average labor costs, and showed him on my computer all of the research that was done previous to contacting them. I also showed them that I have almost all of the equipment to do repairs and service on my own AC if I absolutely HAD to have AC right away... I was not Desperate, I just wanted an upgrade. Once he realized that I was not only informed but was not desperate, he said he could do me a "Favor" and dropped the price by $2,000.... (I thought the price was firm? lol) That's when I decided to try calling Cooling Nation. ----MY EXPERIENCE WITH COOLING NATION---- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the second I spoke with "Polo" from Cooling Nation I noticed one thing that stood out to me immediately. -- Unlike all the other companies -- he at no point during our phone call asked if my AC was broken and did not say he had to be there in person to give me information or a rough estimate. --As someone who works in sales, I know the other companies say they need to be in person so they can attempt to overcome objections and close the sale.-- Polo went above and beyond to give me information and help me even if I chose not to proceed with his company, he genuinely wanted me to get answers and he wanted to help. I requested for him to come over to take a look and give me a quote in person. Later that day, he saw the situation, immediately began making calls to get me what i requested and got me the exact AC unit I wanted for the price I had in mind. The next day, Polo and his partner came over in the morning. They were on time and ready to work. After a few hours, they had my AC running smoothly and even ran multiple tests, explained the results of each test so I knew what was going on, what was being done, and, even offered to register my new 3.5 Ton Rheem warranty for me. (which with a bit of his assistance, managed to get done myself while he was installing the new unit.) --------------------------------------------------------------- ---SUMMARIZED REVIEW/CONCLUSION: --------------------------------------------------------------- -My AC was broken. -Friends and neighbors recommended different companies. -I contacted several AC companies in South Florida. -ALL of them attempted to take advantage because my AC was broken. -Contacted Cooling Nation and the experience was Night and day when compared to others. Cooling Nation is a VERY trustworthy and honest company. -AC unit was installed quickly, professionally, and, at a very reasonable price. (Less than half the cost of other companies.) -AC has now been working flawlessly. I will Continue to contact Cooling Nation for all of my AC needs for as long as I live in South Florida.     The experience with Polo couldn't have been better from the beginning to end. My A/C unit was nearing the 20 year mark, and I wanted to change it out before it broke and we were in the dead of summer. On first reaching out, Polo provided a lot of information over the phone, along with considerations to make, and offered to stop by and provide a more comprehensive estimate. He took the time to understand what our goals were in replacing the unit, discussed the current shortage of units and what could be available. After verifying availability and costs he was on site the next day for installation. Despite a few surprises during installation, he was able to troubleshoot and everything was switched out by the end of the day. He even came back for some noise troubleshooting a few days later at no charge. Where it's often common to find unreliable service technicians in Miami, I'm glad I found Polo and will be recommending him to friends and family. Service: Installation
