        My review is preliminary based on customer service by Alissa. When you are looking for help for a ADO (Addicted Loved One) the process can be consumed by fears & worries. There are so many questions that come to mind: I have to say she had all the time & patience in the world to answer me & I felt heard & not rushed. Which some other places I have called did make me feel like that. She explained a lot that left me assured this would be the right fit & so we made the intake appt. It sounds like a wonderful program, we are going to be trying the IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) for now located in this Palmetto Bay location. (they do have an inpatient center in Opa Lacka).Ill update review once our ADO starts.
