UniFirst Uniform Services - Miami

I have been requesting since May 2021 the contract signed by me a year before its expiration, even though I was not content in doing so, it is the condition set by UniFirst. I have the right to have my contract, upon requesting mentioned contract, to the driver and several direct calls to customer service waiting for more than one hour every time I called. I also sent an email and yet nobody has sent me the contract. This is my last attempt, I hope to receive my contract as soon as possible, by e-mail, by regular mail or through the driver this Wednesday on the next service, if I do not receive my contract in that period of time I will consider to not renew mentioned contract again. I am tired of begging and wasting my time for something that I have the right to have.

We are concrete company in the Florida Keys. We have been a customer of UniFirst for several years now. To be honest we had been noticing that our orders were off each week for a long time. We recently had a driver change, Erick Montoya and it has made a world of difference. Erick is on top of our uniforms needs and them some. Thank you Erick!
