Who ever have this company a 5 star rating knows nothing of plumbing. These people are crooks. Kaleb went to my rental property and performed a shower pan test on a shower with a half inch threshold???? The pictures sent were bogus. His diagnosis was a faulty shower pan. Luckily we didn't do any repairs. My father and I kept trouble shooting and found out it was the diverter valve for both bathrooms. I tried calling this company to speak with the manager and he never got back to me. I called to speak to Kaleb and he never got back to me. When I called for a 5th time and demanded my money back the representative said the manager said no refund will be issued (mind you the manager had not called me back yet). I even told the representative that if they could repeat the "shower pan test" and it came with the same result I would not request the money back. It's been 3 weeks and they have yet to get back to me. This incident happened almost 5 months ago. They aren't reputable, they don't think of customer first, and they rob people who know nothing of plumbing.

They provided top-notch service when we needed our garbage disposal repaired. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the repair was completed quickly and effectively. We would definitely use their services again in the future.
