The most illegitimate company Ive ever come across the owner is beyond rude. He has absolutely no idea about the law when it comes to evictions and hes sending notices with the wrong amounts on them and his client is in foreclosure. I asked when the court date was to present all my documents of my landlord being a slum lord and he blocked me. How unprofessional!!! Good luck hes not a lawyer and has no clue!

Probably one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive ever spoken with. Not sure how they are even in business looking into getting them shut down immediately.

Used Rush Evictions. Fast service. As long as you ask all pertinent questions Nassim will guide you with every step of the process. Raul will also assist with questions and proper completion of amounts in documents. Fortunately my eviction was not a contested one. This made it easier and shorter. If contested you have to get a lawyer . Its been five and half weeks. I already received Sheriff call for Eviction this coming Friday. In my case tenant left a bunch of furniture. Sheriff stated since I had a text from tenant to dispose I could. If no communication with tenant then it would be different.

The most effective and reliable eviction company I know in Florida! They can prepare and deliver the eviction notice on the same day with a 3-business-day timeframe for the eviction. The price is also pretty reasonable, and they give back $300 if the tenant leaves the property within 3 business days. Raul has a challenging communication style, but once you are used to it, he is a pretty effective person to work with.

These are the most nicest professional people I have ever met in my life dealing with a company. They will all call you back within minutes even the owner, who is always open to giving you his documents to show that he is valid and verified. They also give you information and they hear your story our and consult you before taking any money. I really appreciate business like this who care about people and making them feel good especially in a situation where they might have to be needing their services. I can say this is a really great company. No complaints here.
