The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a plus. Overall atmosphere is warm and pleasant. Great stay for short periods.

Airport hotel. Everything OK. Pool. Coffee/tea/water free 24 hours.

Spent an hour trying to get a shuttle from the airport and could not get one. Called the hotel and they told us that they only have one shuttle. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes for a taxi to take us to the hotel. Very poor shuttle experience.

Very satisfied with our stay! Friendly staff, complimentary lemon water, and clean rooms with hot, hot shower water! The staff was nice enough to hold onto our luggage and keep it safe while we went out to explore since our room wasnt ready, but they put us on a waitlist and we got into our room around 1pm! The shuttle from the airport took a bit of time, but they were friendly. The staff was very communicative when we called and asked for where they would like us to meet them for the shuttle next time we fly to Miami we will be staying here again!
Food & drinks: There are several fast food establishments within walking distance, as well as a few local spots!
Noteworthy details: The staff was super friendly, they held onto our luggage and kept it safe since we got there before our room was ready so we could go out and explore!
