        I bought this product 3 weeks ago! Look what happened, I went to the store to trade and they simply said it was my problem and not them! I am unable to add to the response however it is interesting to me that I have an account with you which has all my details and purchases make, was that not enough? You never requested a receipt which I have and I and happy to provide. Unfortunately, not only it was a bad product, but also a terrible customer service and experience. This is not the first time something like this happens at this store.

      Hi Diego, you did not have a receipt and we could not find any transaction history in our system. The net was ripped and the plastic had clear evidence it was used heavily. We cannot accept returns in this manner.
