        Dan is the man. I have gone to him twice now for his expertise when looking for a new Miami Beach rental and he has consistently delivered above and beyond my requirements and expectations. Always punctual, well informed and ready to assist with my quirky requirements. He works hard for his clients and I am very satisfied with the results he delivers. I will be going straight to him when I start looking at buying my first property.

        I worked with Dan on selling my home in Miami. It was a difficult situation due to me not being present physically during the process. Dan was patient, understanding, and most of all trustworthy to take care of our home while we were not there to maintain it during what turned out to be an almost 4 month sales process! I cannot recommend Dan enough to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home in the Miami area. He has a great knowledge of the market, knows a great many people around who he can tap to help, or generate interest, and does a wonderful job staging and attracting buyers into your home. We also had Dan help us look at a few new homes as well and he listened, took the time to find what we were looking for and only showed us places that would be good for us! 5 stars doesn't seem like enough, if there were 10 stars I'd have put that!
