        I had no idea what the problem was when I saw the service light. It turned out to be a battery. Alejando, the service rep placed a device in the car and the problem was diagnosed very quickly. Paul, the service manager always seems to take an interest in whatever issues you are having with car. Thanks to all.

        Maria Reyes who works in sales is very rude and disrespectful. She always has a nasty attitude and needs to be terminated immediately. Something needs to be done because she can’t be treated people awfully. I will be contacting her manager Flo when I come down there.
