This establishment lacks professionalism. The front desk lady needs to improve its customer service skills or find employment elsewhere. Despite having a 3 pm appointment, I was informed upon arrival that I needed to confirm it a day prior and contact my insurance to have them assign me here, which was not communicated when I made the appointment. Never a let me see what we can do ? We are here to help ? Nothing from the front desk lady who clearly doesnt care about customers.a dont care mindset. When seeking clarification, the representative's solution was to involve their manager, who I never saw ! She then placed blame on me for not answering a call and instead of addressing the issue, I was simply directed to another facility without any further assistance or at least telling me where is that location at ? . When requesting to speak to the manager again to lodge a complaint I was told not to yell?? I was not yelling at all I was just frustrated for the lack of respect from this front desk lady. then , I was assured that the matter would be resolved because the manager who I never saw was assigning me to this facility?? So there was a solution so we dont need to do this back and forward. the lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I was not going to give my business to this establishment and see this lady every time I do my dental appointment .so I just left ! what a nice way to lose a new patient. I strongly advise avoiding this dental office
