    Email set to: Attn: Jose Inoa... no response received as of today 4-6-24. Saman, the salesman was fine. Very slow in the communication responses, but I know I'm not I'm not his only customer. The used car manager on the other hand was very short, very snippy, and when I brought up the issues the day after the purchase, his attitude was "let's just unwind the deal." To be honest with you I'm really unimpressed. I didn't spend three hours+ of my day to unwind the deal. I just wanted them to make it right. All they are willing to do is put two new tires on the back and replace the wipers and they can't even do that until Monday, maybe. Which didn't happen until 4-4-24. And then the availability to do was only at 12pm during the week. I work for a living, so missing work to get it done was frustrating at best. Things discovered after purchase and a drive on the highway . The back tires were bald, and had a nail in one of them. The wipers were shot. There is paint or tar all down the bottom right side of the vehicle. All of the fluids were dirty and low. I personally added 2 quarts of oil to it the next morning (3/31/24) . I also had to add more coolant (just water because I don't know what's in it yet). I haven't checked the washer fluid because the wipers are too bad to use. For a 2020 with only 43,000 miles on it, I expected a lot better for a $30k car. The interior was disgusting. I was told it would get a "deep clean" during the sales pitch. Well, my wife and I spent three hours on it this morning (Easter Sunday) cleaning it up. The right rear passenger seat heat and cooling doesn't work. Interior rear door panels were shot. Looks like they've been chewed up by a dog. And the sunshade is missing on left rear passenger door. The suede headliner was filthy in several areas. If this is the quality of vehicles that you sell, it really makes me hesitant to want to buy another from you, let alone recommend anybody else purchase from this dealership. Clearly, nobody checked anything on this car before it was sold. I've accepted at this point, that this is my purchase & my problem. I should've caught all the other stuff wrong with it. I had hoped all the fluids and tires were checked, changed, or inspected before being made ready for sale. I guess I should've done a multi point inspection on the vehicle myself because clearly you guys did not. I get to live with that disappointment. Please let me know before 3pm today (4-2-24) if I can get these tires put on. My wife's surgery is tomorrow, so I would like to be able to focus on that and quit worrying about this stupid Palisade.
