I sold my 1999 Lexus through CarBrain. I was given a fair offer, and the car was promptly picked up and payment received as promised/offered. Very simple process. Hassle free. And communication with the CarBrain rep was excellent. I was provided info/guidance by text/email until the transaction was complete. Based on my experience, I recommend CarBrain and would use them again.

My 1999 car was sideswiped by a man with no-name liability only insurance. The trailer he was hauling did the damage and broke the front passenger side CV joint and stabilizer bar - work that would cost more than my car is worth. I still haven't gotten ANYTHING from his insurance, but I was able to sell my car for junk on CarBrain and it was fast, easy, I got cash in hand and while I'm still mourning the loss of my little car that was running perfectly until hit, I'm at least making steps forward to getting a new (used) car. It's never easy dealing with car issues, but at least CarBrain's part was painless, more or less.

Car Brain made the process pretty simple to use. There was a little confusion on who was supposed to actually pick up my vehicle, but once we got that straightened out it was fine. The driver showed up on time and was courteous.
