        May the buyer beware! I was contacted by the very charismatic salesman regarding an alarm system. I was bamboozled into a 3 year contract, at $60+ a month. I needed service after the THIRD defective WiFi controlled thermostat, and was informed that now Brinks is in charge of service calls now, and they are $50 per visit, IF you pay a monthly fee. If not, you get to break the bank paying an hourly fee. To cancel the service, I'd have to pay the remaining months. Thanks for screwing me over.

We recently had an issue that triggered the system, we contacted FBC and their response was as predicted, fast, accurate and without interruption for our business. We are coming to our second year anniversary and never had a complaint with their service.
