Please work on communicating professionally. If you was offended by me offering my Lowes Card for supplies, that was not my intention, it was just a question. A more professional answer to that question could have been "I don't do business that way" and NOT "I'm not running a charity I'm a business". However, I do appreciate you coming and turning the water off in the middle of the night but I wish it was communicated that you would not be available to come back and replace the shower valve so the water can be turned back on. NO ONE would be OK with there sick Mother being in the house ALL day without running water. If I knew that you was not going to be able to come back during regular business hours I would've had it fixed right then and/or arranged for someone else to fix it that morning.

Will go back to Joseph Plumbing for any future work we need done. Rose in the office was a great help and super quick in getting licenses and insurance certificates for our condo office to have on file. Abner arrived in the promised window, with all the equipment and supplies needed to ensure a smooth install of 3 toilets. He and his assistant were courteous, friendly, and extremely professional, finishing the job very quickly and leaving the place spotless. Highly recommended! Service: Toilet installation
