I have been trying to get in touch with this company for several weeks and its always a busy signal . I have an item ($145) that i had to return (horrible fit) and now my card got lost' I closed my account and now I have no clue how to let them know to please issue me a refund by mail. They just don't answer their phones.

This company is horrible my school used it for our uniform i ordered my uniform since July 12 i haven't received my uniform and school will start Monday i emailed them multiple times they said i should be receive my uniform by August 14 until this day nothing yet.
