I have done several breathwork sessions with Akiva and every time I do it, I feel amazing and I feel overall better in my health, energy, and peace of mind. His breathwork sessions include meditation and visualization which targeted my issues. I am excited to continue to work with him and about my continued progress.

Akiva has helped me tremendously with my physical and mental health. The breathwork and meditative experience he lead me through helped me clearly see how my childhood traumas were impacting my life and removed their control. This allowed me to feel better physically, sleep better, and have control over my negative emotions. He creates a comfortable and non judgemental space to heal. I highly recommend him!
