I wish I would have gotten the name of the employee who helped me but they were very helpful and patient with me, considering they had to go to the backroom multiple times to get me the right size of non-slip shoes I was looking for. Also, the checkout process was a breeze since I was a little apprehensive about having to mention the discount code provided through the company I worked for, but there was nothing to worry about. All in all, a great experience and I usually always dread having to go shoe shopping! Thank you Skechers crew and all that you do!

I was very excited today to come at Schechers Store at Lincoln Road South Beach. I found beautiful merchandise. I am a Schechers fan, buying many shoes from them for myself , family and friends. I have never bought apparel from them. I took a few pieces and went to try them on. After few min. a sales person was knocking on my door. I asked her to bring me different size. After long time she came back with wrong top. After a long wait in the waiting room she brought me 2 sizes of different pants... I already manage to find 5 pieces to fit me. The sales person came back banging on the door telling me I have to go out of fitting room now, because there was a customer want to try some merchandise. I told her I am a customer too, and I am buying a lot of things and need my time. She stressed me out, I lost my earring. I couldn't believe this happened in Schechers Store. The woman was very rude, I wanted to give her the merchandise I will not buy, she grabbed from my hands. Any way I complain to the store manager. She seems did not care at all, no apology. She just murmured she will talk to her. At least she agreed the store needs more than 1 fitting room. By the way I accommodate the other customer to share the fitting room. This sales associate does not belong to this beautiful store. Maybe I should not get anything, because when I dress with the clothes will remain me of this negative unacceptable experience.
