As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions and truly did not quite grasp the concept of the tedious-oriented approach to completing the process (purchase in Miami Shore, FL). From the viewing, to negotiations process, to Appraisal, mortgage, insurance, to closing, final walk-through, and everything in between, Hayley Wilson-Dodge and Alexandra Lima of Hayley Miami acted in a poised manner to keep everything organized and on the right track. The times I did have questions or requests to ensure everything was cost-effective, Hayley's team worked closely with me to ensure all parts of the process were properly and efficiently vetted. If it were not for Hayley's guidance and spearheading my goals, I would likely be frazzled and have no clue how to protect myself in navigating to become a first-time homeowner.
