        I had an unfortunate experience trying to rent an apartment with Johanna from Oceanica Real Estate. She provided misleading information about non-existent competing offers and later used known details, like my lease being under an LLC, as a sudden reason for the landlord's refusal to proceed. Johanna, as a licensed broker, displayed an inconsistent narrative and lack of honesty that left me feeling deceived. I ultimately withdrew my offer due to this poor experience. I advise caution when considering doing business with Oceanica Real Estate.
