Zero stars! I've been trying to get a prescription for two months!!! No one is answering the phone or they keep you waiting for however long you're willing to hold it.

Dr. Lurie was extremely thourough as he questioned m, completed a physical exam of my neck, did the ultrasound scan and the biopsy on my thyroid himself. He ordered bloodwork and planned a follow up meeting. I was impressed with the personal attention he gave me. TY

Dr. Lurie could work on his bedside manner but overall he is a decent doctor. The staff is horrible. They barely answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for a long time. It takes days to get the prescription refilled and they are extremely rude. Im so glad I found a new endocrinologist at Baptist Hospital in Kendall.

I have been with Dr. Lurie for almost 10 years and I really like and appreciate him. However, the office staff is not professional and do not respect the time of the patients. I arrived at 9:15 and at 10:50 I went to ask what was going on because I had not been called and they did not even know I was there waiting, even when I signed in where they told me when I arrived. I am very disappointed with this experience.
