James Hotel

It's something completely different. Not a hotel in that sense. Rooms: Old. Simple. Walkability: Great location. Bus stops shopping market. Ocean Drive close to everything.

The hotel is possibly the most rundown building I have ever stayed in. I didn't realize the USA has no standards for building maintenance. Walking distance to the beach which is great, plus free parking. Other than that, it was horrifying to pay 140 dollars for one night in such a run down dump. They really should take some pride in their business. At least use my 140 dollars to fix the bed.

Stayed here for two nights, they didn't redo the room, they didn't change the towels, the breakfast is very simple (coffee and croissants). We arrived at 1pm and asked if we could leave the car in the car park, the gentleman at the reception asked us for 10 dollars cash only, when I told him I only had 5 dollars cash he took it without a receipt or anything. still great location
