On a rserv une magnifique chambre avec balcon vue piscine et on nous a donn une chambre avec petites fentres vue sur une 2x3 voies... la rception ils m ont dit qu ils taient complets.... On est parti et on s est fait rembourser via le site par lequel on a rserv avec photos l'appuie

Worst experience I've had in my whole life. I could talk a lot about the cons this hotel has (like the noise or having us 4 days waiting for our room to be cleaned), but the worst part comes when one month after leaving the hotel and having received back our deposit, we find out the hotel is making unauthorized charges using my credit card making us pay twice for our stay there. I've tried to talk to them sending two emails asking about this charge but never got an answer. I feel scammed Worst experience I've had in my whole life. Overpriced for what it is, water does not run in shower, tiny rooms

Cleaning lacked a LOT. Bedside tables were sticky. Bathroom sink was still dirty. Noisy. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Might give it a 2-star. :(
