    They will charge you for things in the room that you did not use! I called and sent multiple emails. They lied and said they would get back with me. They just decided to keep my money. I will never stay there again.

    We've stayed all over S Beach and this hotel is fine, food is good and rooms are clean and modern. My concern is an imposed tip fee for mini bar items of 18%. We opened the bottle of Champaign in the room and were not surprised that the small bottle was $55 when I received my bill. However, there is a In-Room Mini bar Tax of $4.95 on the bottle AND an In-Room Mini Bar TIP of $9.90 imposed on the bottle. So I paid $10 for a tip to whom? No one helped open the bottle! Is this a restocking fee?? I paid the same 18% tip on two other items opened from the mini bar. If this is their standard practice, guests should be notified in writing on the mini bar. This practice of price gouging and increasing charges in an unreasonable way leaves me with an unfavorable opinion of the hotel. I let the hotel know, the fee was not removed.

    DO NOT GO HERE: We had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had from a hotel especially on South Beach. We came back at 2am trying to head to bed after a night out and the door was not opening. This was not even our fault the entire door was just unresponsive to all our key cards. Their NFC tag broke and there was no reception to support. The security guard was not even there own and he offered us to sleep on the reception waiting area where it was freezing cold. One of my friends could not access their luggage where they needed some medication. As a hotel its your duty to let guests have access to their room and have a backup way to enter. We only got into the room at 8:45am the same day and this cause the entire trip to be thrown off and wasted dealing with this headache. I will never go here again nor do recommend ANYONE to stay after they treat their guests like this. We asked for a full refund because of this and they were not willing to budge and said we will only give 50%. GUESTS BEWARE: photos attached as proof to prevent anyone else having such an experience with a hotel gm who does not care for their guests. Rooms: Not working and cannot enter at night Safety: Unsafe not able to enter the room at night
