I reserved a table at Bagatelle for my sister's Surprise Birthday Party, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic, and all 12 of us had an incredible time. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed dancing with the other guests. It's the kind of place where you can really let your hair down and have fun. We felt like one big happy family. Just make sure to dress appropriately and be over 18, and you'll have a great time!!! Will definitely recommend again & again

The food was overall ok, but overpriced for what you get. The service was a complete disaster. From the bouncer to the waiter (small dark-skinned man). Most extremely arrogant and rude. The waiter appeared to be drunk and cleared away our glasses even though they were still half full and came to our table every 5 minutes to suddenly fold food while we were eating. Something like that is called an upscale restaurant and I've never experienced it before. The store is a complete laughing stock

Good day bagatelle team , I just want to take your attention about the situation I was in this night, I came by the door and they dont let me in due to my shoes, which is formal shoes from balanciaga , and I used to enter all the fine dining restaurants with the same shoes. My experience was really bad , I was so excited about London branch but now Im disappointed.
