Maria was fantastic. These are really complicated involved transactions they do and the penalties for getting them wrong can be severe, so it's key that you come in a bit educated (and they have a ton of materials on their website, etc) , but it's also key that you have a partner that's experienced and patient in answering your questions and responsive and detailed oriented, these folks are all of the above, highly recommended.

I spoke with an very friendly CSR named Delight who was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prior to my call I was concerned since I was behind on my account maintenance fees. Delight made getting current on my account a breeze and I am so happy to be using IRA Financial Group for a checkbook IRA type account. Great job!!

I am one of the people who lost money in their $36 million hack. It has been a difficult journey and I am seriously shocked they are able to still operate without giving people their money back. 1. Don't trust the reviews, they pay a company to create 5 star reviews so the true reviews (like mine) get pushed off the first page. 2. I'm shocked they are able to operate still with losing over $36 million in their clients money. This wasn't like we were the ones that were hacked, they were. How can an American company just lose $36 mil and not have to pay back their clients? 3. The communication has been nonexistent. I have no idea if I am ever going to see my 401K money back. It's ridiculous that they are not being held responsible from the US Government. 4. In July of 2023, they settled with their insurance company Wesco. I have tried to reach out to IRA and they told me to reach out to Wesco. Unbelievable and heartless! I shouldn't need to do anything except get my hard earned money back! 5. If you do sign up, take a look at the access reports in Gemini. You will be shocked by the amount of people that have access to all of your information. At one point, I saw personal email addresses accessing my account. Summary: I hope most people considering this company see this and other real reviews. If I had to do it all over again, I definitely would not have picked IRA Financial. It is a mistake that will stick with me for a long time as I feel that I will never be able to recuperate my hard earned money.
