American Plumbing & Electrical Supply

This place is very well stocked, and I'm sure it could have everything anyone needs for plumbing repairs or installations. The major problem is that the customer service is terrible. I was attended to by an older gentleman with white hair, and when I tried to explain what I needed, he mocked me with his coworkers and asked me to bring him a part to assist me properly. I went back to the installation site and searched for the part. When I returned, this American Plumber employee refused to assist me. Later, another person attended to me who also refused to even make an effort to understand what I needed or the plumbing part I was missing. It's a business not worth visiting due to its lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

So the good reviews have to be related to the owners because there is absolutely no way they could be accurate.. as for the majority of the terrible reviews.. listen to them and beware. This place is a SCAM!!!!! A total and utter SCAM!!! BEWARE and dont say you werent warned. They will sell you the wrong thing, not admit to it, and refuse to refund you even it was THEIR mistake!!
