ABSOLUTELY the worse experience - my teeth hurt for two days after a routine cleaning - when Isabella was doing cleaning it was a 10/10 but the new staff is inexperienced and unsupervised - cannot possible go back or recommend

I was trying to contact the office 2 days and nobody answered !! I left messages and nobody called me back! Then I decided to go there to find out what going on because I paid for my night guard for teeth and they told me it will be ready in 2 weeks.. so more than 2 weeks passed after not answering my phone calls I went there around 3 o’clock (office work hours 9-5) and nobody there.... office is closed.

It's the worst experience I had ever ..it's fraud office ..I got there to get my regular cleaning..it's always been a simple cleaning and when the hygienist told the owner which is working on the front disk ..the bland lady (Ms resnansky) . as I remember her name..that I need simple cleaning! She got mad of the poor hygienist and I heard her telling the hygienist (how many time I told u that we don't do the free one!? Go tell her that she need deep cleaning or full month debridment! )Do u believe that !and when she told her that I just want to get my simlpe cleaning she refused to do it ..I dare any patient to go and get a simple cleaning there..please stay away of that office ..

This place is fraudulent and I’m pretty sure it’s not real dentists working there! Got 5 root canals there the dentist at the time rushed me to get them all around the same time and then months later when I started having pain in one of the root canals he said he didn’t know what was wrong and walked me downstairs to ANOTHER dentist office who said it needed to be replaced for ANOTHER $1500..not even 3 months after i paid he original dentist around that same amount for the root canal itself. I was irate and told them i will never give either of them a(nother) penny and wanted to leave and then get this...the doctor HE walked me down to to get his opinion or what HE did wrong tried to charge me $200 on my way our for a “consultation” fee!! I told them to kick rocks I didn’t file any paperwork or even make an appointment w them my dentist just brought me there as though the other dentist was his friend! As months went on almost all of the root canals started bothering me and recently a new dentist told me they were all done incorrectly. Do not take the risk here. There is something very fishy about this place. Something illegal is going on. No dentist ever stays for more than a couple months. I can’t tell you how many appointments I’ve had and got there and the doctor had “left” and it’s been a different dentist every time besides the few weeks I had the root canals scheduled. I think maybe these ppl are practicing without legitimate licenses and every time something goes wrong the dentist disappears into thin air! I’m thinking about filing a civil suit if anyone wants to join inbox me!
