I would absolutely recommend Sandhouse if you are looking for a quiet and professional work environment with an excellent staff. The staff at Sandhouse works around the clock, is extremely responsive and is fast to resolve any issue. Moreover, the building is always clean and the tenants are respectful and friendly. Our team has been here for over a year with virtually no issues!

After a week of looking for office spaces in the area and not getting anywhere with unhelpful brokers and managers - me and my partner found one of THG (Haimov Group) office available for rent, online. We walked in and signed a lease within an hour. The building owners work have their HQ in the building and had their team celebrate our new office with a shot of tequila. Christian Ruiz (property manager and Carolina) was super helpful and accommodated our needs as much as possible and even made some concessions to incentivize the closing. By that afternoon our office was furnished and ready to be used with WiFI set up asap. They are easily reached and attentive to any requests we have had. Couldnt have imagined a smoother process.
