        Never use this office again. People try hard to do good job, but it is ridiculous to wait more than a hour and once you got the paper work, there is even a longer queue for getting the car and you wait for another hour!!!! If you know your number of reservations it should be difficult to plan for staff. Unfortunately we need to give up on our travelling plans for the day.

        We have reserved a car (Mustang convertible) online in advance for 1 day. Tate was very helpful & after all the paperwork the keys were handed. The car was clean & in a very good condition, we really enjoyed it.

        Justine was amazing. Very upfront. No extra fees. Price was as booked. No hassles. Very nice clean and new car. Great service. I called twice w questions while had car rented and she answered my questions both times.
