Your employees were rude and made me wait so long to help out . I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade . Not they way I should have been treated . Bad service all around ! Considering the bad reviews from other customers . You have an issue here. Your employees need to be retrained.

I think his name was Sergio but he doesnt deserve his job. Actually, with the exception of one lady with red streaks in her hair, the entire staff was extremely rude. I was treated like it was my fault I even came into the store for help. To make a very long story short- Sergio told me he backed my phone up when I was upgrading phones. He forced me to pay a $50 restocking fee to switch to a more expensive phone (with more gbs) after just buying a 15pro, made me buy iCloud storage so I can have all my content, and then LOSES my 20 THOUSAND photos and videos from my phone. My iCloud only has 2,800 items in it. So I paid extra to have storage for content I dont even have anymore, and I bought a 500gb 15pro plus and I dont even have 200gb of content now. I hate the plus but that was the only 500gb iphone they had in store and he said I had well over 200 gbs of stuff. I thought it would be worth it because at least Id have my photos and videos from the past 10 years. Now Im stuck with a phone I never wanted and hate, AND I lost 10 years of memories basically. Im literally embarrassed to go back in this store so I wont. Theres no point because he wiped my old phone so its not like I can have my memories back anyway. I work in hospitality so I know how to work with people. I was very patient and nice to this staff the first day and a half that they dragged my upgrade process out. The entire time they were treating me like its my fault I didnt have all my stuff in iCloud already. I accept fault for not being tech savvy and having everything in the cloud but when a worker tells me they took care of me and confirmed that they downloaded everything there for me, I obviously believed them. This experience couldnt have gone worse.
