Vista Yachts - Yacht Charters & Boat Rental

I rented one of their yachts for Memorial Day. The actual yacht experience was great! The crew was very kind, helpful, and blended in with the vibe -- so they received a generous tip. However, booking the experience left a lot to be desired. The business number to call was usually answered by someone who had very little to no information about the details or pre-charter instructions. I was told multiple times that they would take a message and have someone get back to me with that information, but nobody ever did. I inquired about the additional $300 on the booking page that was not included on the website and was told it was for fuel and fees. When I alerted them that information was not available on the site or the booking form, I received nasty text message replies saying "Don't book the yacht then", "I already explained to you why it's $1,300 in the booking form", and "Best of luck finding your yacht with one of the other companies." This interaction was very unprofessional. The only saving grace was that I spoke to someone on the phone afterwards that actually had manners. Needless to say, I will not be booking with them again.

Best experience ever! The whole day was the most fun ever and mainly due to Captain Steve! Boat was amazing but the vibe the captain set for us was what it made it epic! The whole time felt like a party and we even extended our time on the boat! recommend to others and hope you get lucky & get captain Steve !

I would give 7+ stars if I could. Second time doing Vista and we're already talking about a third time. Highly Recommend!! Ask for Captain Drip and his crew, you will not be disappointed. Wish I was still there.
