I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your salon. Yesterday, I was quoted a price of $220 for installations (hair extensions), yet upon arrival today, I was informed that the cost had skyrocketed to $500, allegedly due to an order for extensions that I did not make through your salon plus the price to put them on is also ridiculous. This sudden and unjustified increase feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of me, a loyal customer who frequents your establishment for blow dries. Furthermore, the miscommunication regarding my appointment with Fiona, who had initially agreed to assist with my hair extensions, only to claim she was fully booked upon my arrival, is unacceptable. This lack of professionalism and accountability reflects poorly on your salon's management and staff. Moreover, the attitude displayed by the front desk staff added to the overall negative experience. It is clear that your salon prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and integrity. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer loyalty is appalling. I expected better treatment and service from a salon that I have patronized frequently. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling abused, insulted, and completely disillusioned with your business I urge you to reevaluate your practices and prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction in the future. Such deceptive practices are not indicative of a reputable establishment that contributes positively to the community. It's disheartening to encounter such lack of genuineness and integrity in a business that should be fostering trust and goodwill within its community.
