We rented a house boat that was doced. It was not relaxing due to the high way was 30 yards away.
Nearby activities: There is a lot to see and do just a short drive to so many things.
Walkability: This boat is not for ppl with disabilities

This was our second year staying at Cape Crossing but it will be our last. We found that the location of the resort offered us a wide variety of options with the close proximity to the beaches, shopping, dining, the Space Center/launches, etc.
The apartments appeared to be clean as we walked in but we found that was not the case. The floors had possibly been swept but were certainly not washed. After walking barefoot in the apartment, we found that our feet were absolutely filthy and soon needed to be washed. As I stepped into the showed near the second bedroom, I was confronted with a fairly large hairball sitting on top of the drain. Bad enough in my own bathroom but to find it in a place that I am paying extra for the cleaning... not good!
The master bed had a king mattress is in bad need of replacement. The other two BRs had queen size bed with very comfortable mattresses.
The furniture in the apartment is also in dire need of replacement... VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and dirty! The stools at the tall dining table and at the bar do not allow for any adjustment once you are seated in them.
Please note that you will need to bring your own bath and cleaning supplies as well as paper products and garbage bags. You are given enough to get you through the first 3-4 days of your stay - after that you are on your own.
The pool area is very nice but be warned, pool-side seating is "first come, first served" and chairs get taken very quickly.

Cozy clean friendly and welcoming! The kitchen and supplies for resort or enjoying the pool and sauna and / or things to do close by. Put your stuff and walk to activities. Also, the lobby has the largest display of things to do! Picture of the app. A map and lots of flyers, advertising, and marketing to know what I'd available was an incredible amount. Leather Couch and place to meet!

Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
We had to call because we didn't understand the key pads. But it was easy once we learned how.
The location was awesome, close to Kennedy space center and victory casino boat.
