The prices are consistently ridiculously high over market value on everything. And the cashier is like complaining and s:&!. For example, $120 for a Wii. And $140 for a Nes mini. That's just a couple systems, but everything is like way jacked up.

Have you sign up saying you will get a discount and then say I can't go back to apply it. Why say I can save today and then not apply it after I sign up? Then just say sorry I forgot.

Ive gone to this thrift shop multiple times in hopes to find fun vintage glassware etc. I go antiquing ALL THE TIME and this thrift store has HIGHER prices than what Ive seen in antique malls for basic glassware. Its actually shocking and Im done shopping here because I continuously leave annoyed. This takes the fun out of thrifting completely and you wont be saving any money here. Not sure who is paying these ridiculous prices but it wont be me.

I usually only write good reviews I spent over 200 including a 25 dollar rug cleaner. I was told if any issues to come back for a refund but that everything is tested. I work 3 jobs and live 30 minutes away. It took a few weeks to make it back over. A different lady told me that they have a 24 hour return policy. I asked her what she meant by that as I was told I could just come back and didnt see anything about returns on my receipt. She then turned around a small dusty picture frame that was pointed away from the front of the line that explained 24 hour return policy. I was told originally to come back if it didnt work with my receipt. How would anyone with a job be able to make it back in 24 hours? Just a bit wild, most stores are 30 days . Yes it turns on when plugged in and the power brush works.. but NOTHING of the water part of shampooer works. I was very upset about this. I had told my bank how great their store was, as well as my hair dresser and some coworkers. I came in with my mother excited to show her my new favorite spot and was not expecting refusal to make it right. You shouldnt be selling merchandise that is broken. Please make it right
