Sandy Southwell is the best realtor in the state! She helped me purchase my condo and 10 years later helped me sell it. She is patient and hardworking. She'll make sure to find a home that you love in your price range, no matter how long it takes. She was on top of communication-- juggling between me, the buyer, the title company and the HOA. She's extremely knowledgeable about the market, too! I would recommend her to everyone who need help with real estate. She makes the entire process extremely easy!

We met Chuck Bennett in 2017 when we purchased an investment property. We have met some realtors with questionable judgement. What they would do for a listing would shock you. It's a realtor eat realtor world out there and Chuck has no appetite for this behavior.
We live out of town away from our properties. Chuck would go out of his way to not only help us sell our properties, he would help us with appointments for repairs and installations and if there were conflicting schedules, he had the resources and network to find someone that could.
His experience was invaluable setting up the home for sale, recommendations for repairs to help it sell quickly, as well as his thorough understanding of real estate contracts allowed us to not only sell out homes quickly, we achieved some of the highest sales prices in the neighborhood.
We have bought or sold 4 properties with Chuck. If you are considering selling or purchasing a home in the area, you will not find anyone better.
Chuck is not only our realtor, we consider him a friend.

After meeting several times, the day I was supposed to pick up my keys to rent a house, I received a text that they changed their mind. This was Dec 17right before Christmas.AND they knew my husband is In Iraq, I am alone with a 3 year old. Lisa Paige was very rude and had no problem taking advantage of us! Do NOT use this company!!!! They refused any refund and ruined our Christmas!!!
