Amanda and Mike Wernke were the perfect team for me selling my brother's condo in Cocoa,FL. I had to do his estate work solely in Indiana after he passed. When my wife and I traveled to Florida to get things in order, I was referred to Amanda and Blue Marlin- she took all the pressure of the condo sale off me and process was relaxed and reasonable, plus we got a higher price than I or the lawyer had estimated!
