Agi Anderson was truly My Brevard FL Realtor. Agi faced numerous issues with selling my Merritt Island home. There were many challenges to overcome and Agi always remained calm and confident and resolved each issue.
I also had issues with the warranty for my roof and Agi stepped in to get the warranty issues resolved. Agi disclosed she was a transaction broker and always did her best to be fair to me as well as the buyer. If you are looking for a Realtor to sell you home, I highly recommend Agi Anderson, her knowledge, experience and negation skills are exceptional. I am confident she will exceed your expectations, as she did mine. Agi goes far beyond 5 stars with the customer service she provides.

Agi was a blessing to work with throughout the entire process. She was professional and understood the direction I was trying to go. Not only did she work diligently helping to find a property but she truly had my best interest at heart. I had such a great experience with Agi and feel blessed that I was able to find her when I was ready to sell my home. She made things so simple for me, especially when she recommended that I do a Pre-Inspection to get my home MOVE IN CERTIFIED. I am so happy that we scheduled this early on because the inspector was able to identify issues that needed to be done in order to pass the 4 point inspection. This process gave me more time to address those issues in advance, rather than making my 'things to do list' longer as I was preparing my home to sell. Agi was also instrumental in getting the roofers who had installed my roof 4 years earlier to fix the mistakes they had made, so that we could close on time. This lady is tough but she is also very friendly, and fun to work with. I would describe her as "sweet and spicy" the perfect combination! I am happy that she was in my corner throughout the entire process, and highly recommend her to anyone who wants their home buying or selling process to go smoothly, and the job to be done right.
