We are renting a great property. It has it's issues, but still in love. However the leasing office people are beyond rude and nasty. I can't understand why they are so rude. What is the problem?

I rented from this company a month ago and staff was less than helpful. As a tenant, one would think Showcase would have completed a full inspection on home. NOT! At move in, the home had no air, no hot water bc furnace wasnt up to code, a broken pool pump and pool light, the toliets didnt flush, the showers didnt drain, the kitchen sink didnt drain, there were leaks in roof. So much more. When contacting company of issues they were rude and unprofessional. My issues didnt matter. Some they refused to fix. Others were supposed to be fixed but still not in working condition. They were never apologetic nor to date have issues been resolved. I would never recommend this company unless you want nothing but problems. In saying this I would have never imagined putting a home on the market with these issues. Now Im forced to seek legal representation just to get home livable for me and my child. I lost wages and my daughter missed school due to water issues and me having to be here constantly to let people in who obviously have no clue what they are doing. The company in my opinion is NOT legit nor should have a license to rent properties.
