They have been great! Very consistent, dependable, and great work. Trish is great about communicating what's going on with our pool, and never tries to upsell us on things we don't need. When we bought our house, the pool had sat for a couple years and looked terrible. Within a few treatments, it was looking amazing and ready for use. Highly recommended!

I act as a case manager for the elderly, many of whom own homes. For nearly a decade they have provided my family and my clients excellent service. Great folks to work with at a reasonable price.

I called this company for an estimate on replacing my pool equipment and to look at my waterfall that wasnt working properly. When I made the first phone call to setup the appointment I talked to Trisha who told me Greg would be here and Id be getting a call on the day of the visit between 8am-8:30am. On the day of the appointment I ended up receiving the call after 10am (about 2 hours late). I was then given new info I hadnt received on the first call. Trishas exact words were we charge to come out seconds after she had just told me I could get a free estimate on the pool equipment. Sounds like they only wanted to do the free estimate if they could charge at least $148 to look at my waterfall. I was also told for the first time (during the second call) that I need to be present during the visit which would be fine if A) they werent 2 hours late and B) they told me this from the beginning. Days before this I had Pinch A Penny and Royal Pools out to my house to diagnose my waterfall and quote me on the equipment for NO CHARGE at all. And they didnt require me to be home. This companys practices are very odd. Not to mention unprofessional for expecting me to wait around for them and expecting me to just be available at home whenever they decide to finally show up. Do yourself a favor, call Pinch A Penny, Royal Pools or ANYONE ELSE if you need pool work done.

My pool baby fence was installed on 6/18/2004 (almost 16 years ago) completely around an uncovered pool in Satellite beach approx.. 1 mile from the coast. Believe me there are a lot of natures elements that test the durability of the fence over 16 years. Life Savor Pool Fence System replaced the complete original fence under their lifetime warranty plan. This was way over my expectations. Normally, either the company goes out of business, or the original owner moves, or the company explains that 16 years is a lifetime especially in the environment in which it was installed. Reliable Enterprises of Brevard, Inc processed the warranty claim and did an excellent job in reinstalling the new fence. Since labor was on the lifetime warranty there was a slight reasonable fee. I have attached a photo of the completed installation. Both life Saver pool fence systems and Reliable Enterprises of Brevard should be commended on their quality of their product and services. They have, by my experience, been doing business for over 16 years.
