Very nice people but if you're applying with a VA loan, it's a struggle. The amount of translating we had to do for them to understand our military documents and requesting documents that don't exist was exhausting. Our commander had to make up documents that is covered by the DOD because of the lack of understanding on the culture. We should have been paid to translate. I'd give them a 5 if we didn't need to do all that work.
