Super unprofessional realtor was nice at first but was pushy and passive aggressive once she got comfortable with speaking with me any kind of way .I was not refunded my full amount for leasing prep documentation was not signed and had the incorrect move in date and provided misleading information about the hoa application process .As I contacted Allen condo for an update on application with move in date 9/04 on lease that wasnt signed because it didnt feel right with anaproriate behavior and lease .HOA withdrawn the application and stated that they do not work like that which is extremely unprofessional on both ends .miscommunication and misguidance and misleading information was the issue .I was later blamed by realtor melissa norcrosse of not getting things done in a timely y manner when everything was set to go I even missed hours of work due to getting things in order for apartment in cocoa When I called for my check the front desk was extremely rude and hostile and very short with me and eventually hung up .Fast forward as I was waiting on my check and wanted an update realtor was hostile in via text message and told me if I want to waste my gas then that is my perogtative .She was also asking about my job and complaining about her own etc .If I can give the service a 0 I would .Horrible service they will rip you off and they will pick and choose who to help properly Her manager Donna I believe who works with melissa was also extremely rude and short about my deposit refund

Very poor customer service and I wouldnt recommend this company at all .

I would like to share what an outstanding Realtor that Jane is! She is a real go-getter and does go beyond the call of duty, as well as even working AFTER hours. She responded quickly to my daughter's questions and later to me. There were so many other realtors that didn't even reply to our inquiries, so I thank Miss Jane. I absolutely cannot say enough GOOD about this sweet lady!!
